“The sleeper sofa was filthy and stained. The room smelled moldy. The breakfast staff were inattentive, trash cans overflowing not being emptied. One woman working had her pajamas on still and seemed annoyed when asked if she could refill the apple juice and make more coffee. The staff didn’t attempt to clean floors or tables between guests were were dining. On the outside of the premises there were multiple light fixtures that needed to be secured to the ceiling again. “Rented two rooms, TV in both rooms did not turn on. On duty manager fixed the one TV and I fixed the other TV. In the second room the shower handle would not turn on so they could not take a shower. The breakfast food was good but cold. My wife had to ask the attendant to warm it up in the kitchen microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful.”
